All Tot Box 5280 sessions are non-refundable. Each session is thoughtfully styled and scheduled in advance, and due to the custom nature of our sets and limited availability, we are unable to offer refunds, reschedules, or exchanges for missed sessions, late arrivals, illness, or scheduling conflicts. By booking a session, you are reserving a dedicated time within a curated experience that cannot be replicated or reassigned last minute. In the rare event that Tot Box 5280 is unable to fulfill your session due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, emergency, or other unforeseen events, we will make every effort to reschedule your session or provide a suitable alternative.

All digital image purchases are non-refundable. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to love your images. If you experience an issue such as images not being delivered, trouble accessing or downloading files, or technical issues with your gallery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly. Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference or misunderstandings of what is included. We encourage all clients to review session details, image counts, and style prior to booking.
